Obituary of Ruth Packard

PACKARD (Brown): Ruth. A long time resident of Chatham, Ruth Packard passed away at Chatham-Kent Health Alliance on Saturday December 1, 2012 at the age of 91. Born in Chatham Township, daughter of the late Clair & Grace Rankin. Loving mother of Ruth Ann & William Ryan of Chatham, Jeffrey & Gail Brown of Leamington, Marsha & Dale Tewkesbury, and Randy & Julie Brown, all of Chatham. She was predeceased by their father Lyle Brown (1982), her son-in-law Edward Kouyzer (1982), her grandchild Gerard Kouyzer (1963), as well as 4 brothers and 2 sisters. Lovingly remembered by her 10 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. Family will gather privately for an interment service at Maple Leaf Cemetery. Friends are welcome to a time of celebration & fellowship on Friday December 7, 2012 from 1:00-5:00 p.m. at Moose Lodge, 850 Richmond Street, Chatham.
