Obituary of Enid 'Virginia' LaMonte

LaMonte, Enid Virginia, a resident of Chatham. Virginia LaMonte passed away peacefully on Friday March 8, 2013 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Sydenham Campus, Wallaceburg, at the age of 88. Born in Detroit, Michigan, daughter of the late Carl & Helga Amelia (Malm) Erickson. Beloved wife of the late Raymond Harry LaMonte (2010). Dear mother of Stuart & Janet LaMonte, Chatham; Michael LaMonte, London; and the late Susan Willis (1996); Danny & Susan. Mother-in-law of Jon Willis, Chatham. Sister of Jim & Bea Erickson, Goderich; Carl & Violet Erickson, London; Laurence Erickson, Alberta; Gerald & Nadine Erickson, Alberta; Lorraine & Ben Pelletier, B.C.; Daniel & Phylis Erickson, B.C. and the late Elsie; Violet; Ellen; Helen; Shirley; Robert; Raymond & Juan. Grandmother of 7 grandchildren & 9 great grandchildren. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair St., Chatham on Monday March 11, 2013 from 2:00-4:00 & 7:00-9:00 p.m. The Funeral Service will be conducted at the Funeral Home on Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. with Rev.
