Moran, Florence Elsie, a resident of Chatham and formerly Windsor. Florence Moran passed away at her home in Chatham on Sunday March 10, 2013 at the age of 69. Born in Windsor, daughter of the late Rudolph & Beatrice Janet (Welsh) Assef. Beloved wife of Richard Christopher Moran. Dear mother of Rudolph Assef (Donna), Windsor; Kris Carroll (Paul), Orangeville and Cara Owen, Chatham. Grandmother of Jasmine, Madison, Schaeffer, Mitchell, McKayla, Tyler, Christie, Korey and the late Matthew. Sister of Maureen, Lennie, Janice, Shirley, Raymond and the late Laura. Cremation has taken place and a Service of Remembrance will be held at Heavenly Rest Cemetery, Windsor at a later date.
