Obituary of Rachel Clark

CLARK: Rachel (nee Bedford) – A resident of the Village on the Ridge, Ridgetown and formerly of R.R. # 2 Highgate, Rachel Clark passed away peacefully on Friday, June 7, 2013 at the age of 74. Born in Thamesville, Rachel was the daughter of the late Edgar and Grace (Alison) Bedford. Beloved wife of the late Ross Clark (1997). Loving mother of Ruth Anne Clark (Grant Clowater) of R.R. # 2 Highgate and Rhonda Clark of Toronto. Predeceased by her infant son in 1965. Dear sister to Edgar Bedford (Betty) of Ridgetown, Jim Bedford (Bev) of Chatham and the late Jean Orson (Don) (2012). Missed by in-laws Calvin Clark (Verna) of Thamesville, Mildred Hills of Highgate, Frances Clark of Highgate and Florence Cudmore of Thamesville. Predeceased by her in-laws Albert Clark (Mayme), Walter Clark (Ruby), Ross Hills, Lyle Clark and Burt Cudmore. Also missed by nieces, nephews, friends and extended family. Family will receive friends at the Funeral Home, 76 Main Street E., Ridgetown on Sunday from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held at the Funeral Home at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, June 10, 2013. Interment to follow at Gosnell Cemetery, Highgate.
