Obituary of Donald B. Mifflin

MIFFLIN: Donald Brock. A resident of Chatham, Donald Brock Mifflin died peacefully on July 17, 2013 at Riverview Gardens. He has gone to join his beloved wife Shirley Anne (Griffith) Mifflin who predeceased him on April 5, 2013. Born in Chatham, 85 years ago, son of the late Mike & Laida (Houle) Mifflin. Loving father to Brenda Kelly and husband Patrick of Chatham, Gary Mifflin and his wife Yolanda of Windsor, Cheryl MacDonald of Chatham, David Mifflin and his wife Terry of Thamesville. Grandfather to Stacie MacDonald of Victoria, B.C., Tawnia Atkinson and husband Dave of Belle River, Mark Mifflin of Windsor, Siobhan Smith and husband Ryan of Ottawa, Matthew Kelly of Chatham, Liam Mifflin, and Grayson Mifflin both of Windsor, and great-grandfather to 11. Dear brother of Betty Cyster, Shirley Rhea, and Bob Mifflin, all of Chatham, and the late Guy Mifflin. Fondly remembered by several nieces and nephews. Family gathered privately to remember Don. Cremation has taken place and Don & Shirley will be interred together in Arnold Cemetery at a later date. Donations in memory of Don to the Alzheimers Society are welcome.
