Obituary of Emmett Walker

WALKER: Emmett James Gerald. Surrounded by his family, Emmett Walker passed away at the Children's Hospital of Western Ontario on Tuesday, July 23, 2013 at 17 months of age. Born in Toronto on February 21, 2012, dear son of Paul and Melissa (Houston) Walker of R.R.#2 Merlin. Special brother of Riley and Ethan. Grandson of Susan and Murray Walker of Merlin, and Linda and Brian Houston of Harwich Township. Nephew of Chris Houston, and Steve and Laura Walker. Cousin of Owen and Logan Walker. Great-grandson of Murray Mifflin of Merlin and his late wife Esther, Marilyn and Robert Houston of Chatham, and Kay and John Widdifield of Chatham. Emmett will also be remembered by many extended family members. Family will receive friends at the McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham on Friday from 2:00-4:00 p.m. and 7:00-9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at the Funeral Home on Saturday, July 27, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Eric Skillings officiating.
