DAWSON: James Allan. A resident of Chatham, James Dawson passed away at Meadowpark on Tuesday, August 6, 2013 at the age of 77. Born in Dover Township, son of the late Ted and Victoria (Legue) Dawson. Beloved husband of the late Theresa (Therrien) Dawson (1994). Dear father of Cheryl Dawson of Chatham, Gloria (Nunnie) Salisbury (Jerry) of Florence, and Bobbie-Jo Brown (Gary) of North Buxton. Grandfather of Cassie-Jo, Jadie, Rodney, Kevin, Toni, Tyler, and Rachel. Great-Grandfather of 7. Brother of Tom Dawson of Chatham, Nancy Denomy (Paul) of Thamesville, and the late Patsy and Shirley Dawson. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends at the McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham on Friday from 2:00-4:00 p.m. and 7:00-9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at the Funeral Home on Saturday, August 10, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. Interment in Maple Leaf Cemetery.
