Obituary of Norma Eleanor Moor

MOOR, Norma Eleanor. Norma Moor (nee Twamley), a resident of Chatham, passed away peacefully on August 7th, 2013, at the age of 83. Born in Chatham, the daughter of the late Eldon Twamley and Lauraetta (Edwards) (Twamley) Craven. Beloved wife of the late Albert David ‘Clarence’ Moor (2008). Dear mother of the late Brenda (Clark) English (2008) and her husband Robert, Brent Moor, Bradley Moor and his wife Rita. Norma was so proud of her grandchildren, Angela McKenney and her husband Randy, Christopher Clark and his wife Becky, Brittany, Shayna, Hilary, Laura, Kaitlyn and Samantha. She was thrilled to have five great grandchildren, Aidan, Clark, Tatum, Brinly and Benjamin. Norma is also survived by her sister-in-law Beverly Twamley and her family, and her brother-in-law Douglas Moor and his family. She is predeceased by her sister Beth Twamley (1927), her dear brother Douglas Twamley (2007) and her step-father William (Bill) Craven. A private graveside service will be held at a later date with Donna and John Scherer officiating. Those wishing to honour Norma’s memory may make a donation to a charity of choice.
