PAPPS: Josepha 'Josie' F. A resident of Charing Cross, Josie Papps passed away at Hôtel-Dieu Grace Hospital, Windsor on Friday, August 23, 2013 at the age of 68. Born in Turnhout, Belgium, daughter of the late August and Anna (Marrynissen) Theuns. Beloved wife of Lyle M. Papps for 51 years. Dear mother of Lyle A. Papps and his wife Carol of LaSalle, and Michelle Mason and her husband Bill of Chatham. Grandmother of Chelsea, Sarah, and Lyle C. Papps, and Cassandra and Ashley Mason. Sister of Jean Buycks of Belgium, Mary and Frank Nedvidek of Mount Brydges, Isabella and John Wiseman of Milton, Anne and Louis Devolder of Wallaceburg, Hilda and Don Clarke of Chatham, the late Frank Theuns and his wife Adele of Charing Cross, the late John Theuns and his wife Bertha of Belgium, and the late Louiza Raaymaakers and her husband Marcel of Burlington. Loving aunt and great-aunt of 17 in Belgium, and 29 in Canada. Josie worked as an R.N.A. at St. Joseph's Hospital, Chatham for 36 years. A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 95 Marlborough St. N., Blenheim on Friday, August 30, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. Donations in Josie's honour to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
