Obituary of Audrey Anna Bieber

BIEBER: Audrey Anna (nee Slyzys) - A resident of Palmyra, Audrey Bieber died suddenly in an automobile accident on Tuesday, October 1, 2013 at the young age of 49. Born in Sault Ste. Marie, Audrey was the daughter of Kazimir and Klementine “Tina” (Jurkus) Slyzys. Beloved wife of 23 years to Doug Bieber. Loving mother of Tena, Cassandra and Beverley. Dear sister to Irene Moore (Bill) of Morpeth, Henry “Hank” Slyzys (Janice) of Simcoe, David Slyzys (Theresa) of Burlington, James Slyzys (Connie) of Sault Ste. Marie and Peter Slyzys of Woodstock. Sister-in-law to Merriam Westbrook (Bob) of Brantford, Mike Bieber (Deb) of Ridgetown, Sue MacDonald (Ron) of London and Mark Bieber (Karen) of Palmyra. Much loved niece of Carolynn Bieber of London, Josephine Sauciukas of Paris, Bruno Jurkus (Ruth) of Paris and Irene Schultz and Anna Ode of Germany. Also missed by many nieces, nephews, friends and extended family. Audrey was renowned for her baking and will be remembered for her work ethic and her love for her family. Family will receive friends at the Funeral Home, 76 Main Street E., Ridgetown on Friday from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. Parish Prayers will be held on Friday at 6:45 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Michael’s Catholic Church, 26 George Street, Ridgetown at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 5, 2013. Interment to follow at Gosnell Cemetery, Highgate.
