MOOR, Barbara “Barb” Ann. Barbara, a resident of Chatham, passed away on Friday, November 1, 2013, at Windsor Regional Hospital, at the age of 65. Born in Chatham and daughter of the late Louis and Dorothy (Henderson) Vince. Beloved wife of the late Charlie Moor (2009). Dear mother of Todd Moor and Thom Moor, both of Chatham. Grandmother of Selena and Lucas Moor of Chatham. Loving sister of Vera Brown, Mildred Lane, Joyce Mott, and Syd, Jack, Bruce and Stan Vince. Cremation has taken place.
