Obituary of Inez Pearl Cleveland

CLEVELAND: Inez Pearl (nee Allen) – A resident of Blenheim, Inez Cleveland passed away at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham Campus with her family at her side on Friday, January 31, 2014 at the age of 85. Born in Grey County, Inez was the daughter of the late Robert and Ethel (Reid) Allen. Beloved wife of the late Milton Cleveland (1988). Dear sister to Merle Smith of Chatham. Predeceased by her siblings Vernon, Morris and Wilma. Sister-in-law to Betty Allen of Blenheim and Lula and Norm Nicholson of Blenheim. Much loved aunt to Richard and Lou Allen of Blenheim, Brian and Jana Smith of Calgary and Joanne and Jamie Daniels of Chatham. Great-aunt to many great-nieces and nephews. Also missed by close friend and cousin Glenn and Mary Cleveland of Erieau, as well as many friends, extended family and her church family at Ridge Community Church, where she was a member of the U.C.W. Family will receive friends at the Funeral Home, 141 Park Street, Blenheim on Sunday from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, February 3, 2014 with Rev. Wanda Burse officiating. Interment to follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Blenheim. Donations made in memory of Inez to the Ridge Community Church or Blenheim United Church would be appreciated.
