GIGNAC, Al “Alphonse” A resident of Chatham, Al Gignac, passed away suddenly on Thursday, May 8, 2014 at the age of 62. Born on October 31, 1951, son of Edmund & the late Philomena (1985) Gignac, and son-in-law to Ray & Jeanette Bechard. Beloved husband of 40 years to Diane Gignac (nee Bechard). Loving father to Daniel Gignac (Nicole), Dennis Gignac (Jennifer), Aaron Gignac. Grandpa to Ethan, Emma, Amelia, Ava, Alice, Jaeden, Sawyer. Brother to Christine Pinsonneault (Vince), Leah Hudak, Elaina Shean (Dennis), Ed Gignac (Maureen), Ben Gignac (Charlene), Cathy Bechard (the late Bill), Joe Gignac (Lori), Theresa Tiedman (Bruce), Tim Gignac, Tom Gignac (Sharon), and brother-in-law to Annette Lambe (Jack), Paul Bechard (Becky), Tom Bechard (Anne-Marie), Bob Bechard (Carrie), Sue Demers (Dan), Aline King (John), Janice Meyerink (Dan). Family to receive friends at the Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham on Monday from 2:00-4:00 & 7:00-9:00 p.m. with Knights of Columbus 9693 Prayers at 6:45 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, May 13, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Immaculee Conception Catholic Church with Fr.
