Crow, William (Bill) Charles, a resident of Chatham. William (Bill) Crow died Monday June 2, 2014 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham Campus at the age of 80. Born in Chatham, son of the late Malcolm & Alice (Burton) Crow. Beloved husband of Joyce Edith (Jenkins) Crow. Dear father of Brenda (Bob) Pearson, London; Cheryl (Dennis) Atkinson, Thamesville; Susan (the late Dess-2013) McCready, Thamesford; and Mike (Darlene) Crow, Thamesville. Grandfather of Craig Pearson; the late Scotty Pearson (1987); Jeff Atkinson; Jennifer (Greg) Devries; Jared (Christa) Atkinson; Kaitlyn Fairley (Andrew); Matt Fairley; Jessica Crow; Mike (Jr.)(Lindsay) Crow; Candace Crow; and Brandon Crow. Great Grandfather of Megan Devries; Eric Devries; and Jaymin Atkinson. Brother of Kathleen (Ginger) & Jack Leslie, Chatham; Linda Caryn, Chatham; and the late Garnet, Hazel, June, Kenneth, Ruth, Robert, Shirley, Edward, Patricia and Donna. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Bill was a general contractor in a family business and a farmer. He enjoyed fishing and hunting Friends will be received at the Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair St., Chatham on Wednesday June 4, 2014 from 2:00-4:00 & 7:00-9:00 p.m. The Funeral Service will be conducted at the Funeral Home on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Rick Dressler officiating.
