WALKER, Jeffrey Hank Robert It is with great sorrow we announce the passing of our beloved son, in the gentle care of the ICU at St. Michael’s Hospital, Toronto and with his family by his side on Saturday, July 5, 2014 at the age of 38. Survived by his parents Ian & Helen Walker, brother Clint of Ridgetown, sister Terri of London, his Nana Helen Walker of London, many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held at the Funeral Home, 76 Main Street E., Ridgetown at 2:00p.m. on Saturday, September 20, 2014. Donations in memory of Jeffrey Walker to the St. Michael’s Hospital Toronto, Seaton House Infirmary Toronto, Salvation Army, or Westover Treatment Centre Thamesville would be appreciated by the family.
