Obituary of Blair McNeilage

McNeilage, James (Blair), a resident of R.R. #2, Chatham. Blair McNeilage passed peacefully with the ones he laughed with, lived for and loved, by his side, on Sunday August 10, 2014 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham Campus at the age of 43. Born in Chatham, son of James & Gail (Johnson) McNeilage of Chatham. Beloved husband of Serina Wilson. Dear father of Devyn VanHal (Kenny Dawson), Chatham; Brandie Lyn McNeilage & Jimmy McNeilage, both at home. Grandfather of Brayden Dawson. Brother of Tara Greenway (Ted) of Chatham. Brother-in-law of Nicole (Chris) Alday; Christina (Mark) Vaillillee; and Jason (Jessica) Wilson. Grandson of Jean McNeilage (the late Don) and Joan Johnson (the late Walter). Son-in-law of Anne Wilson (the late Frank), New Brunswick. Also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Friends are asked to dress casual for visiting on Friday August 15, 2014 from 2:00-4:00 & 7:00-9:00 p.m. at the McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham. A service of Celebration will be held at the Funeral Home on Saturday at 1:30 p.m. Cremation to follow. Donations in memory of Blair to The Children's Education Fund would be appreciated.
