Obituary of Irene Mae Parker

Parker, Irene Mae (Wilcox) – A resident of Chatham, Irene passed away at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance on Friday August 8, 2014, at the age of 80. Born in Boylston, Nova Scotia, Irene is the daughter of the late John and Annie (Jones) Wilcox. Beloved wife of the late Gerald Edward Parker, who predeceased her in November 2011. Dear mother of Cathy and Brad Suter of Tilbury, and Mike and Danna Parker of Chatham. Cherished grandmother of Loewyn and Lucas Suter, and Jade and Mikey Parker. Dear sister of Donald (Mary) Hall, Brian (Violet) Hall, all of Kamloops British Columbia and Elsie (late Leo) Cleary of Shubenacadie, Nova Scotia. Sister-in-law of Maryanne (late Donald) MacKenzie of Canning Nova Scotia. Irene loved spending time with her family and friends. Peace is now found as she rests with her husband and best friend. A private family service was held for Irene and cremation has taken place. Inurnment at Maple Leaf Cemetery, Chatham.
