Obituary of Ugo Debiasi

Debiasi: Ugo A resident of Ladysmith, British Columbia, and formerly of Chatham, Ontario, Ugo Debiasi died in Nanaimo Hospital B.C. on August 23, 2014. He was born in Trieste, Italy in 1936, and grew up in Prosecco, Italy. Ugo is predeceased by his mother, Giovanna Debiasi (Rupel), father Bruno Debiasi, son Bruno (Brunetto) Debiasi, and sister Bruna Ragno. Dear husband of 56 years to Mirella (Peruzzo) Debiasi of Ladysmith. Loving father of Daniela Debiasi of Chatham, Ugo Debiasi of Ladysmith, and Roberto Debiasi & his wife Dorothy of Chatham. Proud grandfather of Jennifer Lloyd, Julie Allison, Shawna and Nicole Hubert, Summer, and Morgan Guyett. He will be lovingly remembered by his newly found half sister Slavka Medved of Slovenia, and many more unforgettable friends and family around the world. He loved discussion, humanitarianism, dancing, travelling to Mexico, and making people smile and be happy. Memorial tributes in honour of Ugo to the Cancer Society or Lung Association are welcomed.
