Obituary of Mary Margaret 'Peggy' Kiser

KISER (Hardey) Mary Margaret ‘Peggy’, a resident of Sarnia and formerly Chatham, passed away peacefully at Bluewater Health on Thursday, September 4, 2014 at the age of 87. Predeceased by her parents John & Mary Hardey (Moorehouse). Devoted wife of William (Bill) Kiser. Loving mother of Carol & Bob Shrumm, of Sarnia, Wayne & Susan Kiser, of London, Tracy Kiser, of London, and Gregg & Kim Kiser, of Grimsby. Cherished grandmother of Jason (Lisa), Shon (Catherine), Leigh, Jennifer (Chris), Jocelyn, Jillian, Julie and Crystal and grandmother of 9 great-grandchildren and of 4 great-great grandchildren. Dear sister to Elliott & Corinne Hardey, of Chatham and Betty French, of Grimsby. Peggy is survived by several nieces and nephews. Family to receive friends at the Funeral Home on Monday, September 8, 2014 from 10:00-11:00 a.m. A Funeral Service will immediately follow with the Rev. Canon Vicars Hodge officiating. Interment to follow at Maple Leaf Cemetery, Chatham. Donations in memory of Peggy to the Alzheimer’s Society would be greatly appreciated by the family.
