Obituary of Bruce Delmar Little

LITTLE: Bruce Delmar – A lifelong resident of Blenheim, and formerly of Dealtown, Bruce Little passed away at Riverview Gardens in Chatham on Tuesday, September 9, 2014 at the age of 95. Born in Dealtown, Bruce was the son of Duncan and Triliphene (Hughson) Little. Beloved husband of the late Alberta Louise (Stirling) Little (2008). Loving father of Lori Babington (Kevin) of Coldwater and Heather Muckle (Rob) of Blenheim. Proud grandfather of Miranda Adams of Blenheim and Timothy Babington of Coldwater. Great-grandfather to Jackson and James Adams. Predeceased by his siblings Jay, Ray, Harold and Hazel. Also missed by many nieces, nephews, friends and extended family. Bruce was a Veteran, serving with the 18th Platoon in the Canadian Army during World War II. He was an active member of the Blenheim Baptist Church, and tended over the “Little” Garden at the church. Bruce will also be remembered for the way he and his wife Alberta would light up everyone’s life around Christmas – with their abundance of Christmas lights! Family will receive friends at the Funeral Home, 141 Park Street, Blenheim on Thursday from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. and on Friday, September 12, 2014 from 10:00 a.m. until the Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. with Rev.
