Obituary of Winnifred Mae Rice

RICE, Winnifred “Winnie” Mae – Lifelong resident of Chatham, Winnifred “Winnie” Mae Rice passed away at Meadowpark Nursing Home on October 11, 2014, at the age of 96. Winnie was a loving mother to Ken (Jackie) Rice, Lorna (Gerry) List, Shirley Siddall (late: Craig), and Elizabeth (Butch) Gagner. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Winnie is now with her late husband Fred Rice (1991) and her sons Larry (1981) and Jimmy (2014). Her family will always remember how she loved taking family vacations to Cockburn Island. Cremation has taken place. Private family burial to take place at a later date.
