Obituary of Marilyn Jean Spence

SPENCE, Marilyn Jean A resident of Chatham, Marilyn Jean Spence, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 8, 2014 at the Chatham Kent Health Alliance. Born in Chatham, daughter of the late Bob & Jean Spence. Dear sister to Carol & Jim Dale of Blenheim, and Jim & Carolynne Spence of St. Thomas. Marilyn will be missed by several nieces, nephews, cousins, all the staff and friends from the Southwest Regional Centre and Community Living. Marilyn was a resident of SWC from 1975 until the closing of the hospital when she was moved to Community Living. Thanks to all the caregivers at both residences for all your care and compassion. Family to receive friends at the Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham on Wednesday, November 12, 2014 from 10:00 a.m. until the Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Botany Cemetery.
