Obituary of Sandra Elizabeth Clarke

Clarke, Sandra Elizabeth (nee Garrod) April 13, 1943 – January 21, 2015 Of Chatham, formerly of Windsor, passed away suddenly at home, age 71. Beloved wife of Joseph Clarke. Loving mother of Melinda and husband Sean Slaney of Wallaceburg and Colleen and husband Nick Cresta of Chatham. Grandmother of Joshua, Hailee and Kerrigan. Sister of Barbara Garrod of Chatham. Will be missed by her pride and joy Shadow. Predeceased by her parents Alfred Garrod and Geraldine (nee Richard). Prior to marriage Sandra worked as a maternity nurse at Hotel Dieu, Windsor. She was then devoted to her husband and family. Visitation will be held at the funeral home, 459 St. Clair St, Chatham, on Sunday January 25, 2015 from 2-4 p.m.. The funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Monday January 26 at 11am with Father Greg Bonin as Celebrant. Burial to follow at Maple Leaf Cemetery, Chatham.
