Bedford, Beverly Jane, A resident of Chatham, passed away with her family by her side on Saturday August 22, 2015 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham Campus at the age of 79. Born in Windsor, daughter of the late Walter Edward & Florence Marie (Langlois) Lipscombe. Beloved wife of 59 years to James Arthur Bedford. Dear mother of Cynthia (Patrick) Burton, Ridgetown; Carolann (Gerry) Passingham, Sarnia; Catherine (James) Mead, Chatham; Jamie Bedford, Chatham and Christina (Kevin) Shaw, Chatham. Grandmother of Trevor (Leonie) Burton; Terri (Jordan) Towstiuc Steven (Natashia Bishop) Passingham; Jeremy Passingham; Jessica Mead; Zachary Shaw & Chloe Shaw; and great grandchildren Mia & Evan Burton; Carson Towstiuc; and Ryleigh & Kayleigh Bishop-Passingham. Sister of Joyce Jamieson, Sarnia; and the late Elizabeth (Betty) Benson (1992) and Dolores Ann Millson (1988). Predeceased by brother-in-laws Ken Jamieson (1979); Bill Benson (2007) and Jack Millson (2007). Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Mckinlay Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair St., Chatham on Wednesday August 26, 2015 from 2:00-4:00 & 7:00-9:00 p.m. The Funeral Service will be conducted at Christ Church Anglican, 80 Wellington St.,W., Chatham on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. Interment in Maple Leaf Cemetery, Chatham.
