Obituary of Doreen Jane Suter

Suter, Doreen (nee Emery) of Chatham, passed away peacefully in her sleep at Maple City Residence on Saturday August 29, 2015, age 73. Loving mother of Carolyn (Gary Pillon) Suter of Chatham, Shari (late John) Duquette of Blenheim, and Scott (Um) Suter of Chatham. Grandmother of Chelsea Suter, Shaelyn Duquette and Joseph Duquette. Sister of Eveline (Joel) “Eve” Harding. Aunt of Lisa (Paul) Obermeyer, Jennifer (Paul) Sara, Leanne Harding. Great-Aunt of Jack Sara and Emery Obermeyer. Will be missed by Yvonne Callender (Bourdeau), many cousins and her dog Taffy. Predeceased by her brother Alvin Emery (1994), her father James Spiro (1944) and parents Mary (nee Rivers) (1962) and Ted Emery (1976). A private family service was held and burial in St. Philippe’s Cemetery, Grande Pointe.
