Obituary of Ross Hunter

Hunter, Ross David Of Chatham, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance on Saturday September 5, 2015, age 73. Devoted husband of the late Nancy Mae (nee Handley) and beloved father of Kerry Henderson (Brian) of Grande Pointe, Kelly Verkaik (Jay) of Chatham, Chuck Whaling (Donna) of Windsor, Carolyn Birkby (Allan) of Chatham, Linda Driessens (Alan) of Chatham, Mary-Ellen Trepanier (Greg) of Chatham and Christine Myers (Mark) of Chatham. Loving grandfather of eighteen grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Brother of John Hunter of Surrey B.C.. Predeceased by his son Garry Whaling and parents William and Margaret (nee Doherty). Visitation will be held at the Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair St., Chatham, on Tuesday September 8, 2015 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m.. The Funeral Service will be on Wednesday September 9, 2015 at 2 p.m..
