Schwarz, Heather Ann (Scott) (nee James) With profound sadness we announce the passing of Heather with her family by her side on Monday October 19, 2015 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham. She was the daughter of the late Reg. William James. Survived by her mother, Patricia McCann (the late Stanley McCann). Beloved “George” to “Norman” – Patrick Lozon. Proud Momma of Andrew Scott, Sean & Rebekah Scott, Rebecca Schwarz & Dominique Laprise. Proud step-mom of Chris Lozon & Alicia Myers, Nick Lozon, Katelyn Johnston & Brittany Lozon. Loving Nana to Riley Walker, Zoe & Bently Scott, Emma Scott, Peyton, Leanna, Kadence & Brantley Lozon. Cherished sister of Donna (Willy) Jongsma & Ellen (Brian) Richardson. Loving Aunt to Brad & Cynthia Jongsma (Alyssa), Jamie & Ashley Jongsma, Angela Jongsma, David & Daniel Richardson, Monique & Marcel Simon & family. Dear Niece of Margaret & Ron Kiernan. Also survived by several cousins. Heather worked as a legal secretary for 35 years for Vaughn Pugh, Barrister & Solicitor. Family will receive friends at the Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair St., Chatham on Tuesday October 20, 2015 from 7:00-9:00 pm and Wednesday from 2:00-4:00 & 7:00-9:00 pm. The Funeral Service will be conducted at the Funeral home on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. with Captain Andrew Watkinson officiating. Interment Maple Leaf Cemetery, Chatham. Donations in memory of Heather to the Children’s Cancer Research Fund would be appreciated.
