Obituary of Dorothy E. O'Hara

A resident of Chatham and formerly of Toronto, Dorothy Edith O'Hara died at the Chatham Retirement Resort on Wednesday, December 21, 2005 at the age of 81. Born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, daughter of the late Frank and Victoria (Henry) Crawley. Beloved wife of the late Wilfred A. O'Hara (1979). Loving mother of Patrick and Linda O'Hara of Chatham, Darlene and Harry Greenan of Calgary, Michael and Elizabeth O'Hara of Cayuga, Colleen and Nick Boyko of Barrie and Timothy O'Hara and Louise Campbell of Calgary. Proud grandmother of Clancy and Sue, Tobias and Katherin, Quinn and Jeff, Patrick and Heather, Rebecca and Gus, Sarah, Victoria and Frank, Michael James, Melissa and Jeff and Dan and 11 great-grandchildren. Dorothy is survived by siblings Kenneth, Raymond, Wayne, Jerry, Jim, Jean and Ann and predeceased Frank, Margaret, Jack and Graham. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends at the McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham on Saturday, December 24, 2005 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Funeral Service will immediately follow at 11:30 a.m. from the Funeral Home with Rev. Fr. Joseph Nevett officiating. Interment St. Anthony Cemetery, Chatham. Donations, made by cheque, to Cancer Society or Juvenille Diabetes Association appreciated.
