Obituary of Janna Olga 'Jenny' Marianchuk

MARIANCHUK: Janna Olga 'Jenny' (nee Schieman) - A resident of Ridgetown, and formerly of Wallaceburg, Jenny Marianchuk passed away at the Blenheim Community Village with family at her side on Friday, November 6, 2015 at the age of 81. Born in Chatham, Jenny was the daughter of the late Boudewijn and Emily (Huber) Schieman. Predeceased by her husband Harry Marianchuk, Sr. (1995). Loving mother of Emily Coll (Ken) of Ridgetown, Harry 'Butch' Marianchuk, Jr. of Ridgetown, Peter Marianchuk (Rose) of Ridgetown, Paul Marianchuk (Lori) of Blenheim and Missy her four-legged daughter. Predeceased by son-in-law Fred Coll (2006). Proud grandmother of Frederick Coll, Jr. (Tina), Candace Brooker (Edward), Kathy Jubenville, Kenneth Coll (Mandy), Darcy Marianchuk (Danielle), Stacy Marianchuk, Brandon Marianchuk, Michael Marianchuk, Mia Marianchuk, Michael Marianchuk, Monique Marianchuk, Myles Marianchuk, Jessica Marianchuk and Jonathan Marianchuk. Great-grandmother to Dylan, Darrell, Lacie and Livia Coll; Skyelynn (Kyle), Chantel (Kenzie) Coll and Colton Brooker; Tanya Jubenville and Randell Garson ; Alycia and Sean Coll; Bryce and Kaitlyn Marianchuk; Cole and Cadence Marianchuk; Nastasha and Nathalia Grineage; Michael and Keisha Archer; Benjamin Black and Braydon Tsinokas; Maxmum; Katrina and Avyonna Marianchuk. Predeceased by her twin great-granddaughters Amelia and Christina Coll (2002). Dear sister to Dorothy Schieman of Abbotsford, B.C., Peter Schieman (Sandra) and Ruth Ann Rosin (Ted). Predeceased by her brothers Adam, Francis, Jacob 'Jack' and Boudewijn 'Bugsy' Schieman. Grandma Chuk loved kids and was an honourary grandmother to the community of Ridgetown. She was a very active member of the Blenheim Moose Lodge for 50 years. Family will receive friends at the Funeral Home, 76 Main Street East, Ridgetown on Tuesday, November 10, 2015 from 11:00 a.m. until the Funeral Service at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Al McIntyre officiating. Cremation to follow with an interment at Morpeth Cemetery to take place at a later date.
