FIORENTINO MICHELE PERNA DECEASED IN CHATHAM ONTARIO JANUARY 24 2016 At the age of almost 106 years, peacefully passed away in Chatham, Ontario with his loving family at his side. Born in Oratino, Italy in 1910 he immigrated to Canada in 1958. He was the son of the late Angela Fatica (1885-1978) and Michele Perna (1883 – 1916), beloved husband of the late Giovannina Iafelice. Dear father of Angele (late Felice Fatica) Perna of Italy, Michele (late Giulia Peca) Perna of Ottawa and Lillian (Jim) Steele of Chatham; loving grandfather of 6 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be celebrated in Ottawa at St. Anthony’s Church, 427 Booth Street at 11:30am on Saturday January 30, 2016.
