Obituary of Rosie Emrich

EMRICH, Rosie A resident of Chatham, Rosie Emrich, passed away peacefully at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham on Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at the age of 87. Born in Romania and having lived in Austria, Rosie moved to Chatham in 1951. Beloved wife of Martin Emrich (2010). Loving mother to Martin Jr. (Andrea) of Chatham, Walter (Cheri) of Port Stanley, Danny of Chatham, Audrey Martin (Neil) of Ottawa. Predeceased by daughter Rose Marie (1985). Loving Oma to Kylie, Shealy, Julie, Lauren, Jordan, and Michael. Great-grandmother to Ashlea and Fisher. Predeceased by her parents Michael & Susanna Krautner, and siblings Michael & John Krautner. Survived by her extended family in Canada, the United States, Austria, and Australia. Family to receive friends at the Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham on Friday from 2:00-5:00 p.m. and on Saturday, March 26, 2016 from 12:00 p.m. until the Funeral Service at 1:00 p.m. Interment to follow at Maple Leaf Cemetery, Chatham.
