MILJKOVIC: Vidosava (nee Stanojevic) - A resident of Chatham and formerly of Paris, France and Belgrade, Trnjane, and Podrimce Serbia, Vida Miljkovic passed away at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham Campus on Wednesday March 30, 2016 at the age of 89. Born in Podrimce, Vida was the daughter of the late Sacko and Roska Stanojevic. Beloved wife of the late Dragi Miljkovic. Proud mother of Dr. Zeke Milkovic (Dr. Heather) of Chatham and Zoran Miljkovic of Toronto. Proud grandmother of Shannon Milkovic, Matthew Milkovic, Andrew Milkovic and the late Michael Milkovic. Private family funeral arrangements have taken place. Donations made in memory of Vida to the Foundation of the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance or Ontario Humane Society - Chatham Kent Animal Centre would be appreciated by the family. Vida enjoyed cheering her family on at the hockey arena and soccer fields. Dragi and Vida were often seen walking Zeke's two labs Ginger and Murphy. Vida's family wishes to thank the staff of the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance ICU, PCU, Medicine A, Dr. Sheri Roszell, Dr. Kate Bailey and the late Dr. Avril MacDonald, as well as Nurse Lorraine, Candice Smeenk and the Chatham Retirement Resort for all of their care and compassion given to Vida and her family.
