Obituary of Jean Leone Hale

HALE, Jean Leone Jean Leone Hale (nee Barber) in her 92nd year, passed away at Chatham-Kent Health Alliance on Friday, June 3, 2016. Reunited with Best Friend and Loving Husband, James W. Hale (1998). Survived by son James (Marlene) of Sarnia and daughter Brenda of Chatham. Survived by the English step-children; Grant, Sande (Mark), Rhonda (David) and Bruce (Patty). Also survived by step great-grandchildren, Thomas (Elizabeth), Jane, Nathanial, and Zoe. Predeceased by parents, Russell and Lizzie Barber, brother Garnet (Dorothy) and sister Evelyn (Joseph) Stacey). In laws Albert and Lizzie Hale, Lorne (Doris), George (Dorothy), and Fred Hale. Remembered by several nieces and nephews. Special Thanks to niece Donna Tucker for her many calls and precious talks. Family will receive friends at the McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street Chatham, on Tuesday from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. & 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. The Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday, June 8, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Marg Moriyama officiant. A private family Interment to take place in Alvinston Cemetery at a later date.
