Obituary of Isabelle DeDecker

DEDECKER: Isabelle (Van Miegnem) - A resident of Chatham, and formerly of Merlin, Isabelle DeDecker passed away at the Chatham Kent Hospice with her family at her side on Saturday, June 25, 2016 at the age of 89. Born in Wheatley, Isabelle was the beloved wife of 66 years to Morris DeDecker. Survived by her daughter Judy Laing (Earl) of Thamesville. Proud grandmother of Paul Laing and great-grandmother to Hunter Laing, both of Ridgetown. Sister to Kathleen Van De Wynckel. Aunt to Rudy and Rosemary. Family to receive friends at the McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham on Tuesday, June 28, 2016 from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Cremation to follow with a private family interment to be held at Maple Leaf Cemetery at a later date.
