Obituary of William Franklin "Bill" Hearn

HEARN: William Franklin "Bill" - A resident of Chatham, Bill Hearn passed away at his residence, with his family and his dog at his side on Sunday, July 10, 2016 at the age of 76. Born in Sarnia, Bill Hearn was the son of the late Norris and Pearl Hearn. Cherished father of Peggy Hearn of Comber, Wayne Hearn of Chatham, Sue Ann Hearn (Line) of St-Anne-de-Prescott, Jamie Hearn (Penny) of Port Lambton, Linda Hearn (Gabby) of Ridgetown, Donny Hearn (Trish) of Chatham and Lori Ann Hearn (Bill) of Wallaceburg. Stepfather to Debbie DeTurck of Erie Beach, Jimmy VenHuizen of Chatham and Jaymie Lancaster of London. Proud grandfather of many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Dear brother to Norrie Hearn (Judy) and David Hearn, both of Sarnia. Predeceased by his sister Joyce Gallagher and Marie Guzi. Also missed by nieces, nephews, friends and extended family. Bill enjoyed his career driving the bus for the city of Chatham for over 35 years. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. Family will receive friends at the McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham on Wednesday, July 13, 2016 from 12:00 p.m. until the Funeral Service at 1:30 p.m. with Donna Green officiating.
