Obituary of Christopher Matthew 'Chris' Kubica

KUBICA: Christopher Matthew 'Chris' - A resident of Oil Springs, Chris Kubica passed away at his home on Saturday, August 20, 2016 at the age of 60. Born in Chatham, Chris was the son of Mary Ann (Maruskin) Kubica and the late Stephen (1983). Dear brother to Stephen Kubica (Shannon) of Chatham, the late Paul Kubica (2015) (Jane) of Barrie, Carol Williams (Wyatt) of Chatham, Mary Ellen McColl (Warren) of Chatham and Dr. Eric Kubica of Kitchener. Uncle to Carol Kubica, Adam Kubica, Michael Kubica (Jenn), Dr. Matthew Kubica, Maloree Kubica, Emily Williams, Wendel Williams, Stephen McColl and Rachel McColl. Great-uncle to Izabella Kubica and Brinleigh Kubica. Also missed by his friends and extended family. Chris came into this world at one pound and seven ounces. His life was a struggle, but he has now received his perfect body in Heaven. We are eternally grateful for the compassionate care Chris received from his caregivers in Oil Springs. A Private Family Service will be held on Monday, August 22, 2016. Cremation to follow, with an interment to be held at St. Anthony Cemetery at a later date.
