Obituary of Charles Duncan Sterling

STERLING, Charles Duncan July 9, 1941 – November 17, 2016 A resident of Blenheim, Charles Sterling passed away at the Chatham-Kent Hospice on November 17, 2016 at the age of 75. Charles was the son of the late Doris and Leonard Sterling. He was supported in life by his wife, Teena (nee Russell); his daughter, Carolyn (Brian) Odette, and their children; Ryan, Kayla (JP), Eric and great-granddaughter, Sienna, his sons, Kent (Barb) Sterling, and their children; Jordan, Ethan, Noah and Jesse, and Jon (Pauline) and their child; Judith. He is survived by his sister Mary Edith (Mike) Hoekstra, and predeceased by his brother, Walter, and infant sister, Louise. As per Charles wishes, he has been cremated and a Gathering for family and friends will take place on Sunday, November 27, 2016 at the Sprucedale United Church Hall from 1:00 – 3:00 pm. A Private Interment to take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Chatham-Kent Hospice Foundation in memory of Charles may be made through the Funeral Home.
