Obituary of Si Wing Chew

CHEW: Si Wing - A resident of Windsor, Wing Chew passed away at Meadow Park Nursing Home, Chatham, on Sunday, December 11, 2016 at the age of 84. Born in Taiping, China, Wing was the son of the late Jing and Quon (Yee) Chew. Beloved husband of 58 years to the late Flossie (nee Wong) (2011). Devoted father to David Chew, William Chew (Sharon), Ernie Chew (Susie) and Deanna Boyle (Scott). Proud grandfather of Joshua Chew, Rachel Chew; Steven Chew, Andrew Chew; and Kyle Chew. Great-grandfather of Raine and Layla. Also missed by nieces, nephews, friends and extended family. Wing will be remembered for his strong work ethic and his dedication to his family. He spent many years working alongside his beloved wife Flossie whom he cherished dearly. As per Wing's wishes, cremation has taken place with a private family interment at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens to be held at a later date.
