Obituary of George Comanic

Comanic, George George died peacefully with his family by his side at the Chatham Kent Hospice on Saturday, January 28, 2017 at the age of 87. George was born in Saskatchewan and was the son of the late Mary Comanic. Dear friend of Audrey Comanic of Chatham. Loving father of Dave and Joanne Comanic and Darlene and Dr. Sean Egan all of Chatham. Beloved grandfather of Josh Comanic, Amanda Comanic & Gary Caasenbrood, Patrick Egan and Nohl Egan. Sadly missed by great grandchildren, Cole Comanic and Paige Comanic. Predeceased by 4 sisters and 3 brothers. The family will receive family and friends for a Celebration of George's Life at the McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair, Chatham, ON, on Wednesday, February 1, 2017 from 7 p.m.- 9 p.m. Donations made in memory of George to the Chatham-Kent Hospice Foundation would be appreciated.
