Obituary of Barbara Emans

A resident of Blenheim, formerly of Chatham, Barbara passed away peacefully by her daughters side Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at Blenheim Community Village at the age of 90. Born in Chatham, daughter of the late Isaac & Mable Moore. Beloved wife of the late Stevenson Emans (2011). Dear mother of Stephanie & Carl Pirscher of Erieau & Farmington Hills, Michigan. Sister of the late Margaret Swegles (the late Tom) & John B. Moore (the late Helen). Predeceased by brothers-in-laws, William, Donald (Scotty) & Myles Emans. Survived by sisters-in-laws, Betty Emans of Chatham & Ilene Emans of London. Missed by many nieces & nephews. The Emans family would like to thank all of the staff of Blenheim Community Village Long Term staff for all of their tender, compassionate care for Barbara over the last six years. Barbara was a long time member of Maple City Golf course, where she was an avid golfer. She enjoyed spending her winters in Florida with her late husband, Stevenson. Cremation has taken place.
