Obituary of Norma Cartier

CARTIER: Norma (nee Charron) A resident of Dover Township, Norma Cartier (nee Charron) passed away at the Chatham-Kent Hospice on Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at the age of 75. Born in Dover Township, Norma was the daughter of the late Alfred and Isabelle Charron. Beloved wife of the late Robert Alfred Cartier (2015). Dear mother to Annette Zimmer (Ed) of Dover Township, Liz Caron (Luc) of Dover Township, Claudette Cartier of Harwich Township, Christine Cartier-Lozon (Dan) of Chatham and Bobby Cartier (Dawn) of Dover Township. Predeceased by her daughter Yvette Cartier-Laprise (2009). Survived by son-in-law Maurice Laprise. Proud grandmother of 19 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Sister to the late Norman Charron (2011), the late Lawrence Charron (2012), Leona Brown, Kate Gagnier, the late Adlore Charron (2002) and the late Doris Hall (2013). Also missed by many nieces, nephews, friends and extended family. As per Norma's wishes, cremation has taken place with private family arrangements to be held. Special thanks to the medical staff at Erie St. Clair CCAC and the Chatham-Kent Hospice for all of their compassionate support during this difficult time.
