Obituary of Mary Bondy

BONDY: Mary Isabella "Mamie" (nee Baker) - A resident of Chatham, Mary Bondy passed away at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham Campus on Sunday, March 19, 2017 at the age of 94. Born in Dover Township, Mary was the daughter of the late Stanley Victor and Minnie Clarice (Irwin) Baker. Beloved wife of the late Joe Bondy (1995). Step-mother to Mary Lee Zimmer of Chatham and Jo Ann Bondy (Michael Denomy) of London. Mary will be missed by their children and grandchildren. Dear aunt to Sheyla Carney (Ed) and Martha Wells (Jack), both of Chatham and their children and grandchildren. Predeceased by her brother Jack Baker, sister Margaret McGregor and niece Phyllis "Dianne" Jack. Family will receive friends at the McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham on Wednesday, March 22, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. until the Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Doreen Hewitson officiating.
