Obituary of Maurice Jones
Jones, Maurice Edward - Suddenly on Sunday May 7, 2017, in Ridgetown Ontario in his 83rd year. Beloved husband of the late Janet (Bothwell) Jones. Loving father of Stephanie McKenzie and her husband Scott of London. Grandfather of Ainsley McKenzie and Shawn Dundas. Brother-in-law to Frederick (Ruth) Bothwell and their children Christina, Kathy, and Erika, and Diane Forbes and her children Jane and Quinn.
Predeceased by his parents Harry and Ada (Johnson) Jones of England.
Maurice worked as an Accountant at Southwest Regional Centre for many years. He also was a longtime and devoted member of St. Michael's Catholic Church.
A Memorial Mass will be Celebrated for Maurice at 11am on Friday May 12, 2017 at St. Michaels Roman Catholic Church, George St., Ridgetown. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Maurice to the Ontario Humane Society would be appreciated by the family. Online condolences may be left at www.mckinlayfuneralhome.com.
