Obituary of Paul Dopp
DOPP: Paul Leonard -
A resident of Chatham, Paul Dopp passed away suddenly at his home at the age of 66.
Born in Toronto, Paul was the son of the late Eugene and Shirley (Salmon) Dopp.
Loving father of Michelle Donald (Steve) of Chatham and Kim Cus (Steve) of Chatham.
Proud 'Papa Paul' to Amanda Woodrow and Connor and Carson Cus.
Paul is also survived by the mother of his children, Rose Dopp.
Dear brother to Stephen Dopp (Bill), Gene Dopp, Chris Dopp (Leslie), Mary-Anne Verge (late Klaus), Jane Eadie (John), Nora Bolby (Jim) and Laura Dopp. Predeceased by his sister Susan Dopp.
Also missed by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Paul was an avid Maple Leaf fan. He was a skilled athlete who enjoyed all sports: particularly hockey, baseball and golf.
Cremation has taken place. A Private Family Service will take place on Saturday in Brampton. Friends and family are welcome to attend a Graveside Service at Maple Leaf Cemetery on Monday, May 15, 2017 at 10:30am with Rev. Mark Aarssen officiating.
In lieu of flowers, donations made in memory of Paul to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation would be appreciated.
