Obituary of Rose Dewell
DEWELL: Rose Doloris (nee Conway) -
A resident of Windsor, and formerly of Ennismore, Rose Dewell passed away at the Windsor Regional Hospital - Ouellette Campus with family at her side on Tuesday, July 18, 2017 at the age of 81.
Born in Ennismore, Ontario, Rose was the daughter of the late Leo and Loretta (Sullivan) Conway.
Beloved wife of 43 years to the late James Daniel Dewell.
Loving mother of William Joseph Dewell, Sharon Meyerink, Elaine Cotie, Christopher Dewell and Patrick Dewell.
Proud grandmother of eight grandchildren.
Great-grandmother of six great-grandchildren.
Predeceased by her sister Rita Conway and her brother Jack Conway.
Family will receive friends at the McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham on Monday, July 24, 2017 from 10:00am until the Funeral Service at 11:00am. Cremation to follow with a private family interment to be held at a later date.
Donations made in memory of Rose to Sick Kids or Kids, Cops and Canadian Tire Fishing Days (cheque to: Police Association of Ontario) would be appreciated.
