Davidson, Robert "Bob"

Bob passed away peacefully on Tuesday August 1, 2017 at Meadow Park Nursing Home, Chatham at the age of 91.

Bob was born in Gwillimbury, ON, and was the son of the late David and Daisy (Stevenson) Davidson.

He was the former owner of Bob Davidson's Men's Shop in Chatham and a member of St. James Presbyterian Church. Bob enjoyed sharing fruit from his many trees and vegetables from his garden with friends and family.

Beloved husband of the late Patricia (Jamieson) Davidson (1997).

Dear father of Duncan Davidson of Chatham, David Davidson of California and Betsy Davidson of Dover Township.

Sadly missed by grandchildren Candice, Kaitlyn, Joey, Alieya, Kieran, Mavis, Libby and Sawyer.

Kind brother of Bernice Davidson and Beth Baiden, both of Keswick.

Predeceased by a son Joseph (2015) and two brothers, Irwin and Bill.

Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at St. James Presbyterian Church, 310 McNaughton Ave. W. Chatham, ON, on Friday, August 4, 2017 from 12 to 1 p.m. The Funeral Service will follow with Rev. John Giurin, officiating.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham, ON.
