Obituary of Agnes Harriet Knott

A resident of Chatham, Agnes Knott peacefully passed away at Riverview Gardens Nursing Home on Tuesday, August 1, 2017 in her 95th year. 

Agnes was the daughter of the late David & Elisa Havens. 

Beloved wife of the late Milton Knott (2009). 

Loving mother of Brian, and wife Beth, Knott of Bright's Grove. 

Grandmother of Nigel (Shelley Ludman) Knott & Rachel (Matt) Koehler.

Great-grandmother of Avery & Isla Koehler. 

Sister of the late Margaret Blackwell (the late Bill) & the late Maurice (the late Dorothy) Havens. 
Missed by special niece, Carolyn & Ernie Johnston, friends, Ian & Roberta Brockhouse and family, Craig and Colleen Koehler and family, Ann Meecham and furry friend, Winston. 

Agnes was a devoted member of the Catholic Women's League and St. Joseph's Catholic Church. She was an avid fan of the Toronto Blue Jays and an enthusiastic participant with all of the social activities at Riverview Gardens. 

Family to receive friends on Thursday, August 10, 2017 at McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 St Clair Street, Chatham at 10:00 a.m. for a period of visitation prior to the Memorial Service at 11:00 a.m. with Fr. Jim Higgins officiating. Cremation has taken place with a Private interment to take place in Evergreen Cemetery, Blenheim. 

Donations in memory of Agnes may be made to the Riverview Gardens Activation Fund.
