A resident of Chatham, Nguyen passed away surrounded by her family at the Windsor Regional Hospital - Hotel Dieu campus on Monday, September 4, 2017.
Beloved wife of the late Tuoc Nguyen (1976).
Loving mother of Dong & Khanh, Phuc & Kim, Phuong & Dan, Tan, Thao, Thuan, Oanh & Tanh, Lan and Huong & Vu.
Grandmother of 18 & great-grandmother of 7.
Sister of 3 sisters & 1 brother, all of Vietnam.
Missed by many nieces, nephews & extended family, in Canada, the States & Vietnam.
Nguyen was an avid gardener and a devoted member of the Vietnamese Roman Catholic Church in Vietnam.
Family to receive friends on Sunday, September 10, 2017 at McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham from 1:00 - 4:00 pm and 6:00 - 9:00 pm. A Funeral Mass will take place on Monday at 11:00 am at the Vietnamese Roman Catholic Church, 1630 Partington Ave, Windsor. Cremation to take place.
Donations may be made in the form of flowers only.
