Obituary of Connie Kerulcin

KERULCIN: Constance Alberta 'Connie' (nee Gray) -

A resident of Mull, Connie Kerulcin passed away at the Chatham-Kent Hospice with her family at side on Saturday, October 7, 2017 at the age of 74. Born in Ridgetown, Connie was the daughter the late James Carliyle 'Sprout' and Edith (Stevenson) Gray.

Beloved wife of 53 years to Joe Kerulcin.

Loving mother of Ron and Kevin.

Dear sister to Pat Coles (Ron) of Ridgetown. Predeceased by her sister Jane Veverka (2007). Sister-in-law to John Veverka. Also missed by nieces, nephews, friends and extended family. Special thanks to her friend Leona Wells and her sister Pat for their care over the years.

Connie farmed with Joe all of her married life. Connie also worked at Serena's before beginning a 25 year career in retail at Big V, which later became Shopper's Drug Mart in Blenheim. She was also a proud member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Br. 185 Blenheim and the Ladies Auxiliary.

Family will receive friends at the McKinlay Funeral Home, 141 Park Street, Blenheim on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 from 2:00 - 4:00pm and 7:00 - 9:00pm. A Funeral Service will be held at the Funeral Home at 11:00 am on Wednesday, October 11, 2017 with Rev. Bill Terris officiating. Interment to follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Blenheim. Pallbearers will be Ron Coles, Shawn Buston, Rick Kerulcin, Steven Muckle, Dennis Desjardins and Scott Wilkinson.
