Obituary of Carolyn Rosalee Wanamaker

Wanamaker, Carolyn (nee Brackstone)

Carolyn passed away peacefully with her family by her side at Riverview Gardens, Chatham, ON,   on Saturday, October 14, 2017 at the age of 80.
 
Carolyn was born in Kapaskasing, ON, and was the daughter of the late Dr. R.E.J. and Elma 
(nee Meston) Brackstone.

Beloved wife of Roy Wanamaker of Chatham.

Dear mother of David and Marilyn Wanamaker of Chatham, Sharon Lowell of Kanata, Jim and Karyn Wanamaker of London and Paul and Shauna Wanamaker of Embrun. 

Sadly missed by 9 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.

Loving sister of Paul and Lynn Brackstone of Saskatchewan and Dan and Demaris Brackstone of Toronto.

Predeceased by a brother Mark Brackstone. 

The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham, ON, on Monday, October 16, 2017 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m.        

The funeral service will take place at Emmanuel Baptist Church, 100 McNaughton Ave. West, Chatham, ON, on, Tuesday, October 17, 2017 at 2 p.m. with Dr. Rick Baker, officiating, with one hour visitation prior to service. 

Interment will be held in Maple Leaf Cemetery.

Donations in memory of Carolyn can be made to the Alzheimer Society or to Emmanuel Baptist Church.
